Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the operating expectations for the Ready With The Facts (RWTF) hosted pilot. They are designed to keep the product scope clear, stable, and aligned with how RWTF is intended to be used.
1. Service Purpose
RWTF is a work-capture and summary tool. It is designed to help you document real work activity, maintain a personal record of entries, and generate structured, review-ready outputs for professional use.

- RWTF is not HR software.
- RWTF is not employment arbitration support.
- RWTF is not a substitute for professional judgment from qualified advisors.
2. Account Use
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may only use RWTF through your authorized account.
- During the pilot phase, RWTF may require additional security controls, including authenticator-based multi-factor authentication and other baseline protections necessary for hosted deployment.
- You agree to only enter or upload information that you have the legal right to store and process.
3. Acceptable Use
- You may not interfere with or disrupt RWTF services.
- You may not attempt to bypass account boundaries or access another user’s records.
- You may not use RWTF for unlawful activity, harassment, or impersonation.
- You may not treat generated outputs as authoritative legal, compliance, tax, or employment advice without independent validation.
4. Your Records and Data Responsibility
You retain responsibility for all content you enter into RWTF. RWTF is designed to support user-controlled records, export capabilities, and deletion controls.
RWTF may maintain limited operational logs and backups necessary to ensure system integrity, support security and reliability, and operate the service safely.
5. Pilot Availability
RWTF is currently offered as a hosted pilot. Features may evolve or change, security controls may be updated, and product functionality may be adjusted, paused, or removed to improve system stability, enhance security, or protect users.
6. Outputs and Limitations
RWTF is designed to produce outputs that are clear, traceable, and professionally structured. However, generated outputs may still be incomplete, inaccurate, or contextually limited.
You are responsible for reviewing all summaries, exports, and generated content before relying on them in professional discussions, reviews, or decisions.
7. Service Positioning
Ready With The Facts (RWTF) is a hosted pilot focused on deliberate work capture, review-ready summaries, and strong user control over personal records.
Privacy Notice (Pilot Summary)
- You control what you enter into the system.
- Your records are not used to train the system by default.
- Data handling is limited to what is required to operate and secure the service.
8. SMS Alerts
If you opt in to SMS alerts, Ready With The Facts may send recurring operational text messages related to your account, including support escalations, sign-in issues, billing issues, and critical incident alerts.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Reply STOP to opt out.
- Consent to receive SMS alerts is not required to use the service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
