RWTF is designed for deliberate use, not passive data collection.

3. AI Processing and Training

RWTF may process your records to generate outputs within the product.

• Your data is used only to serve your in-product requests
• Your records are not used to train AI models by default

If RWTF introduces any future training use, it will require separate, explicit user opt-in, and this policy will be updated prior to implementation.

4. User Control

• You choose what information to add
• You can export your records
• You can delete your records

RWTF is intentionally designed to avoid locking your data inside the product.

5. Security Posture

• Data is protected in transit using HTTPS
• Stored data and backups are intended to be encrypted at rest
• Access is restricted to authenticated users
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) may be required during the pilot
• Administrative access is limited to need-to-know operational support

6. Retention and Deletion

RWTF retains data only as necessary to operate the service and maintain reliability.

• When you delete content, it is removed from your active workspace
• Backup copies may persist temporarily for recovery purposes
• Backup data is retained only for a limited operational window before being removed through standard retention processes

7. Pilot Expectations

RWTF is currently in an early hosted-pilot stage.

• Features and controls may evolve as the system matures
• The product is designed for work capture and clarity, not surveillance
• The product is not legal advice or HR decision-making automation

If there are any material changes to how data is handled, this policy will be updated before those changes take effect.

8. Contact and Updates

If you opt in to SMS alerts, we collect and use your mobile phone number to send operational account notifications such as support escalations, sign-in issues, billing issues, and critical incident alerts.

We do not use your phone number for unrelated marketing without separate consent, and we do not sell or share SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as RWTF evolves. Continued use of the service reflects acceptance of the current version.
